India’s First-Ever Employee Award Ceremony in Metaverse

Metaverse has been around for a long time and is evolving into a vast ecosystem with various innovations, allowing people to work, play, transact, and socialize in the virtual environment. It is a complete environment with gateways, platforms, and infrastructure with digital-based economies such as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), which fuels the demands of the metaverse.

Guests can select their avatars to enter the world. Award winners' photographs and names were published on the main screen, and they were called to the stage to share their success stories. The Managers can showcase their team’s performance snapshots live on a screen. Before and after the actual event, guests can explore the location, interacting with one another, making the event full of fun and life.
